Is the spreader the same thing as the rigging? That is, what's the difference between them?

(1) General requirements

A. The use of spreader and rigging shall be appropriate to the type, specific requirements of lifting and the use environment.

B. The spindles and rigging shall be inspected before operation and shall not be used until they are in good condition and can be used normally.

C. Before fastening, confirm whether the connecting point of lifting bolt is firm and reliable to avoid problems.

D. It should not exceed the rated lifting capacity, let alone the work safety load, which is very dangerous.

(2) Basic requirements

A. The structural stress should be simple and the stress should be clear, so as to reduce the influence of concentrated stress.

B. Movable parts on the spreader, if necessary, shall be provided with a protective cover.

C. Sling and rigging of qualified quality shall be used; otherwise, they shall not be used.
