1. Please select the appropriate rotary lifting ring according to your needs, and do not exceed the rated load. The rated load is engraved on the rotary lifting ring;

2. The surface of the workpiece must be flat, so that the lifting ring gasket and the workpiece surface are in full contact, there should be no clearance in the middle;

3. Tap screw holes on the workpiece so that the lifting ring bolts are installed vertically on the workpiece surface. The threaded holes should be drilled to avoid the top grain being inflated when the ring is twisted;

4. Do not install cushions between the lifting ring gasket and the surface of the work piece;

5. After installation, the side of the lifting ring U-bolt shall not touch the suspended object or other object;

6. When lifting, please apply the load at a constant speed and gradually increase the force, do not apply the impact load or vibration load;

7. The lifting ring bolts may become loose gradually during the use of the rotating lifting ring, so the torque must be adjusted again; Gu should regularly check and adjust the bolts to the recommended torque for ironman machinery;

8. Special bolts and nuts must be used for rotating the rings;
