(1) If the rotary lock does not rotate flexibly or is not in place, the adjusting nut should be checked and the following parts should be checked:

① Check whether the tension spring of pawl is damaged. If it is damaged, it should be replaced;

② If the transmission mechanism is stuck, if it is poor lubrication, add lubricating oil (or grease) to the movable connection of the transmission mechanism. If the guide pin is too tight, loosen the nut properly. In case of loose connection and deformation of transmission pipe or other members, it shall be corrected;

(2) During the use, the paint for the indication mark on the indicator board of the spreader shall be prevented from falling off. Once found, the paint with the original indication mark shall be supplemented in time.

(3) For the wire rope on the spreader, it should be timely cleaned and coated with lubricating oil or grease, especially at the bend of the wire rope.

(4) The main stressed components, rings, rotary locks, ear plates and shackles of rigging shall be inspected at least once every 3 months under normal use condition, and there shall be no cracks and serious deformation.

(5) All oil cups, including ratchet mechanism oil cup, sliding bearing seat oil cup and rotary lock box oil cup, should be filled with lubricating oil timely according to the service conditions.

(6) Frequently check whether the rope clip is loose and whether the buffer spring is over stretched, and deal with the problems in time.

(7) Each sling shall not exceed the rated lifting capacity, and the buffer spring shall not be stretched excessively.
